At Cherloi, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury leather goods and want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy under the following conditions:
Returns Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping.
- The item received is significantly different from the product description.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items returned beyond the 15-day period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@cherloi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the item if it is damaged or not as described.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds & Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-20 business days after we receive the item.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged but still usable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
