At Cherloi, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our exquisite Italian leather goods to customers across the globe.
Processing & Shipping Times:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-15 business days, depending on whether customization is required or if no stock it will be manufactured as all products are handmade and it could require to start producing after an order is being placed.
- Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days
- International Orders: 5-15 business days
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping:
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
- Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs:
- We ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.
- If a package is held by customs, delays may occur, which are beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once an order has shipped, Cherloi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
